I am looking for the locations around Kadena AFB that are suitable for picture taking. I once took some landingshots from the beachside during a short visit, but I was wondering if there are other spots.

Both C-130's were flying with TACO callsigns, so that would make them Kirtland birds.
Also on platform and departed was KC-135R 59-1499/HH

Any news on Red Flag 22-3? Confirmation of the dates or participants?

Hi Dmitri, In general I would say Yuma. Lot of interesting based stuff, and photography for the flying aircraft is very good (at least at the first part of the show, nice taxiway close to the crowd lines). Yuma and El Centro are only about an hour drive apart, so you might also combine the two...…. ...

Hi Martin,

Use google maps to find a "Homac" store, there is one not to far from Narita Airport (close to the Sakura exit on the highway towards Tokyo). There you will find all the stepladders you need!
