Ik was vrijdag ochtend niet op Schiphol, maar weet wel dat donderdag avond laat de twee nieuwe motoren nog naast hangaar 9 lagen. Het lijkt mij niet dat ze met de oude motoren nogmaals gedraaid hebben.

The letters AOG are internationally used for the term Aircraft On Ground. Used when an Aircraft has technical problems that wont allow for departure. Then the Aircraft is "AOG" and the part or tools needed to get the airplane back into the air are AOG as well. Not very positive to register your airc...

I doubt there are already exact dates planned for delivery of the a/c.
Usually there is a time slot based on a month or week especially when delevery is still so far away. And I really doubt any aircraft will be delevered on 29feb07, as the date does not even exist.

Inspectors or Ground engineers do not have a pilots licence.
Normally the airline will provide a pilot. In this case I would exect an LuzAir Pilot to fly it.

Todays engine test run was not very succesfull......

If they need 4 weeks of work before ferry to the C-Check they are late for the outbound Hajj. This years Hajj operation is difficult as it fall together with the Christmas high season in "the west ".
