Hi Adriaan, Thanks for your reply to my query. I spent much of yesterday at STN. What a boring airport! Out of every 100 aircraft, about 90 are Ryanair. And of the remaining 10, eight are Easyjet. I was at Reims on departure day. Runway 25 was in use, so most of the participants left the field by the taxiway along the fence.
A question: at approx 0900 an An-12 passed overhead on a southerly course at an altitude of approx 6000 ft. Anyone for a reg?

PIK Flyer,

You saw the Gendarme/Eurocopter EC145 that was parked there for about 15 minutes exactly at the time when the Finnish F-18 taxied back. BTW, the EC145 has skids.

Connie engine runs Saturday June 7th

Hi all,

The Aviodrome Connie is to perform engine trials at approx 2 pm this Saturday. As it will take place within the confines of the Aviodrome, it will be accessible to anyone paying the entrance fee.
