Are you 100% sure that both departed from Ramstein?? I thought they departed from Stuttgart instead of Ramstein. I was there last week. Its a European type of coach and the tour takes about one hour. For the arrivals/departures ramp its best to sit on the right hand side of the bus. Celebrity row takes most of the time of the tour. The windows are indeed tinted and can not be opened.

OP Vliegbasis Volkel is altijd al een algemeen fotografieverbod geweest. Dwz dat er speciale toestemming nodig is om op de basis foto's te maken.
