According to reliable sources in the Portuguese military aviation enthusiast world, the Puma's will return to Lajes for a period of 2 years, after that the problems with EH.101 should be solved .......

Eerlijk gezegd vind ik dit alles vreselijk geouwehoer. Wij Nederlanders zijn lid van de EU, en als we (lees politiek Den Haag) toch zo graag één Europa willen zijn, dan behoren we ook een Europees produkt te kopen, en niet weer achter dat US aanhobbelen omdat we zonodig de VS vrienden willen zijn......

Very nice pictures FBA, it's a shame that all these birds are gone...... I have good memories to the Monte Real visits I had in the late 1980's..... great people, GREAT aircraft..... and always a good lunch in the officers mess :wink: I feel the need to make a rendez vouz with them soon...... Thanks all!!! I like to remember those years. Great shots from Montijo, I was there too with a trip organised by Scramble, we stood there just a few meters from the runway..... the show was one of the best ever!!! The exact number of G.91's that took off in the air was 8 and they flew extremely low ...
