Worden alle kisten om ze vliegwaardig te houden zo af en toe ingezet of zijn het 7 (?) kisten die vliegen en staat de rest al dan niet gekannibaliseerd stil ?

Last week and also today I noticed several times a slow flying two engined (prop) light aircraft flying in the Oldebroek-Heerde area of De Veluwe.
It seems to have some kind of antennes on the wing tips and tail.

Anyone who knows its identity and what it's doing ?
