The fifth helicopter was a Blackhawk (with sling) Serial unknown. Departing from EHDL. (Edit: from pictures 15-20754).

F-35’s F-012, F-016, F-019, F-021 made the annual fly by at the former Soesterberg airbase.

Frank and Erik, since you were both at Spangdahlem as well; did you observe any Growler activity? I was there on Monday and Tuesday, but not a single EA-18G flew.

No missions so far (yesterday and today). Just sitting on the tarmac.

They are at least still present, Frank. I am looking at them as we speak.

The aircraft seems to return to Ramstein. Made U-turn over Scotland.

Today both Lakenheath F-35’s 19-5474 en 19-5476 made a local morning mission together with F-009 en F-012. Separately F-35 F-022 flew as well.
In the afternoon the same 5 aircraft were airborne. The two Lakenheath aircraft went home.

Speedbird01: As far as I am concerned only static sightings on both days. Did not see any Mali AF C-295.
