Re: My 2013 in pictures

I think it's a nice tradition to post one's best pictures of last year here, but really... better than this must be nearly impossible!

Had a great evening, too! Thanks to SGV and KLu members, you've really been spoiling us! Paradroppings Ginkelse Hei 17 september

Is bekend of hier weer (USAF of R...

Great shots! Nice, sharp and creative. Here is my modest contribution, quick and dirty: What if… some famous rock musician sent around a fake notification of his death by heart attack in February, only to become something he really wanted to be for ages, more or less anonymously? http://server2.uplo...

Re: EHLW 15-04-2010 (missions cancelled)

Re: REQ: Pictures from the trip to Luleå

Boy oh boy oh boy, I knew I was going to regret this  .
I had the intention to subscribe to this trip, but I was not able to join due to unforseen circumstances. I hope to join next time because man, these pictures are great, thanks for sharing!

REQ: Pictures from the trip to Luleå

I'm surprised none of the participants of the 4Aviation trip to Luleå (last week) posted any of his results here thus far (or did I "look with my nose"?). As I think this trip might have supplied some great shots I wondered whether we might expect some, still? I understand a full report will be put ...

Official colour codes RAF Phantoms and Buccaneers

Hi all, I still have two pretty old model kits waiting to be built, and it looks like I get the opportunity in the near future. They are from the well-known Matchbox series from 1974-1976 (note price on the Phantom-box!): http://server3.uploadit.org/files/Schef15-MatchboxBuccaneer800x533.JPG http://...

Re: REQ: RAF Wildenrath based Phantoms WITHOUT RWR modification

Thanks a lot, guys, that was more than I expected! But, I have to confess: when I saw the 'Q'-coded Phantom Peter pointed out, a small bell in the back of my head started ringing and I dug into my slide collection... Guess what: I appeared to have slides of RAF-Wildenrath-based-Phantoms-without-RWR-...

REQ: RAF Wildenrath based Phantoms WITHOUT RWR modification

I have an old Matchbox scale model kit of a Phantom before RWR modification, still waiting to be built: http://server2.uploadit.org/files/Schef15-PK404301.jpg I would like to make it a Wildenrath based one, rather than using the included 6 or 41 Sqn decals, so, and this might be a long shot, does an...

Re: Tribute to the A-10 'Warthog'

I'm not an expert on the A-10, although I love the plane, so can anyone of you guys tell me what that T-shaped antenna on top of the fuselage of 647/SP (picture top of this page) is? Is it retractable, does it tell an OA-10 from a A-10?
