There is an active community of plane spotters at San Javier. Try to find some of those on Instagram and although they typically are into photography only, they might be able to help sort you out. The Pilatus thingies always use callsign Mirlo for local flights. Normally 10+ are up so it seems thing...

Slightly off-topic, but USS Gerald Ford is in town and it's docked right on the quay inside the bay (instead of anchored slightly off shore) with the deck absolutely packed with Hornets.

AM "mini-TLP" mission, mostly single-ships: Typhoon 1x (was still at the gas station charging the car...

I think that tail has been in the Ochey shelter area for some time. When was the last time (if ever) 612 was seen with its tail at Chateaudun?

A HC-130J seems to be operating from here, made a mission today as Search49. Serial acc. to ADS-B is 15-5827 which was last noted wearing an AK tailcode.
