According the Freebird database it's Bell 206B JetRanger III (ex?) TG-WOH and reported crashed 09may1992 and noted as wreck in 1997 (location unknown).

According the FreeBird database Bell 205A-1 c/n 30313 has serial L81-715. But they also give serial L81715 for Agusta Bell 205 c/n 4482 ??
