In real world certain assets can become unavailable at short notice too !
If this would have such a big impact on the exercise, one might call this last edition ( at least for time being ) a day after 9-4.
So much for my visit the 12th.

Thats a rather strange reason given as NTM is only in May and Real Thaw would be this week. It may have a connection to Portuguese F-16s preparing for deployment to Poland for Baltic Air Policing in March as can be read in the SIS summary... Not too strange ; You need to have enough men, equipment ...
