Hi, that's quite a shock  :( Do you have any links to the news messages? However, if you dare, you can possibly try the 4th floor in the employee restaurant. I wouldn't suggest staying there for too long, with all the security personnel enjoying their dinner overthere  greetz Koen

Hi, I'm not sure about the situation in the States, but overhere you can get a tax-refund if you are a non-EU citizen (spend more than €137 in 1 shop in 1 day) If the US is also using this system, you can get a refund for the products you buy overthere and possibly have to pay taxes when entering th...

Hey, here are some photos of F-111's. Some of them are still operational but it won't take long before they are retired  The first one is ex-Upper Heyford and is now stored at AMARC. Photo taken in May 2002. http://i241.photobucket.com/albums/ff320/KoenHartkamp/68-0002_UHF-11101-05-02.jpg And t...

Beauvechain 05-09-1992

Hey, here are some old photos, taken with a compactcamera without zoomlens. I haven't used NeatImage on these photos, so straight out of the box Comments and critique always welcome http://i241.photobucket.com/albums/ff320/KoenHartkamp/Beauvechain/DSC_6642.jpg http://i241.photobucket.com/albums/ff32...

Hi Eric, both pictures were taken from outside the base, on the eastern end. The road/viewingspot is several metres higher than the taxiway and runway, resulting in some nice topside photos of the planes taxiing by. You need something like a ladder on that spot. I had to balance on a small tree-stum...

Hi everyone, there is a message at Airliners.net in the photography forum from a Russian photographer that photography might be allowed at Domodedovo in the future. I took some photos from the terminal, but the light is only good during the evening (you're facing south), and we were approached by se...

Hi Hans, thanx for the info. I have never used Lightroom before, so I'l try to install it on my pc. Do you have a step-by-step plan for changing the metadata? If you change the metadata with Lightroom, are the changes also visible on other pc's? Otherwise I can only see the correct order on this par...

Hi, during my holiday last week, I've been using two cameras, but the date on one of them was set as 2006 instead of 2007. Rightnow, I can't sort my files properly, using the basic Windows 'Order by Date/Photo taken at' option. I've already received a program from a friend (EXIFeditor) which can edi...
