Preferably the maker of the photo uploads it him self off course, but as he is unable (or unwilling) to do it himself, but you have permission to use the image, I don't see why you can't upload it yourself.

"hangaar 33" has been done, the rest will be done later on. I don't do anything (checking/changing) on the actual content though!

Your gallery did work fine, only you put all images in twice, once without the gallery tag and once with.
