Re: Spangdahlem 22-08-18

Because 'GerritsFinest' is mentioning the chapel I guess the coordinates must be 49.960114, 6.683922.

Let me know if I'm mistaken...

Nice! Those Belarus MI's are seldom seen

Due to compression (I guess) the pics seem to be out of focus (unsharp).

Advise to other viewers: by clicking on the pictures you will follow a link to imgbb resulting in a HR version of that picture.

Re: Beauvechain (EBBE) - 2018 MIL

A little correction:a British Lynx has to be a UK Wildcat.

Yesterday there were two UK Wildcats at Beauvechain.

Large formation from about 16 choppers just took off.

Minutes later Wildcat ZZ398 (army) arrived.

Although not typical military I like the 'vortex swoosh'.

Re: EHGR 31-05-2018

If I'm right most of the refueling is done near the phase maintenance hangars of the Chinooks and Cougars. Almost impossible to see from outside. Last week a few helicopters did the refueling at the 301 platform. Maybe because of hot refueling was not available at that moment.
