The National Military Museum at former airbase Soesterberg organized a nightshoot of their latest addition; the infamous KLu test F-16 J-066 Orange Jumper. Op 10 november is er een avond shoot met de J-066 van 16:00 tot 18:30 en op de 11e zijn het voornamelijk lezingen en presentaties over wat men in de loop der jaren met die kist heeft gedaan aan testen. Daarbij volgens mij ook een walk around.

The day started early for the long trip north to Leeuwarden AB. Toghter with other members of Onze Luchtmacht we were going to visit the Frisian Flag excercise today with a base visit in the afternoon. Nice selection! We were in San Diego last year but due to time constraints we could not visit the boat and only saw some of it from the harbour tour boat.
I certainly also would have had to look up the Gutless Cutlass.

Thanks for that info. You are probably right. I saw some pics and the colors on that Swiss machine bear some resemblance with the Columbia colors.

Today I saw a Columbia Helicopters Vertol 107 fly through the Grimsel Pass in Switzerland. It flew in a northerly direction roughly towards Meiringen. Unfortunately I could not identify it.

So there are only two now?

The VE F-18 is buno 163132.
