A small correction:
SFOR was the name of the former NATO mission in Bosnia
KFOR is the name of the still ongoing NATO mission in Kosovo

I heard that they are rotating from their SFOR mission in Kosovo back to the States.

All realy depends on what kind of pictures U want to take. When taking off from 25 For spot 8 U can expect some nice taxi and start pictures, but mind U its "on the shadow-side".
