That is correct. The LV-coded A-7's were in Europe for evaluation flights for the then very secret F-117's. Rumours were the F-117's were also in Europe then.

At the end of 1984 these five KLu F-104's made a farewell flight across Holland and this one is taken at Soesterberg

Since we are drifting towards the 70's pics of Soesterberg I found a pic from my late uncle who did some illegal photography in those days Here you see a 525th TFS F-4E at the roller back in 1971.

Ik heb wel een paar Kodachrome dia's liggen die ik kan scannen. Ik ga eens even zoeken.

Ik gebruik ook een Coolscan V ED en die bevalt mij prima. De scantijd kan behoorlijk oplopen maar ik heb geen haast. De resultaten zijn uitstekend en de ICE haalt echt heel veel ruis en krassen weg.
