So, I suppose as Frank is saying, most probably it was the first conversion but not the first delivery back to TuAF.

Sorry to bring this old thread again up, but as TAI delivered in April the (as they emphasise) first T-38M Ari to the TuAF, with the serial 23729 (and from pictures it looks like 13236 is the second), are we still sure that 38231 was last year also a upgraded example?
