Yesterday it was time for the Mirages...and today it was time for the F-16! It seems that the F-16 was on the flight from Deci to Sigonella...and one of the six has suffered the problem during the landing. The movement from Deci to Sigonella was unexpected to all...the only reason I heared is to sav...

This morning an F16 from United Arab Emirates landing at the base of Sigonella Sicily went off of the runway and the pilot ejected when the plane was already on the ground.
The F-16 took off from Deci this morning, UAE jets are moving from Decimomannu to Sigonella.

I have just spoken to the organisation. * NO confirmations have been sent yet. * Better still; they told that the maximum number of people allowed on base has not been reached yet. * Everybody should get in individual confirmation (in due course).
