Now lining up at 18 Left for departure Malaysian B777. Normal departure time is around 12. Is this a delayed flight or is the departure time adjusted?

What was the reason voor "VOS 2" around 11.16 hrs this morning and all fire tenders on both sides at runway 22? After a couple minutes all tenders and cars moved away again....
Have not seen a plane landing at this runway around that time...
