Yes, the Puma departed around 14:00-14:30. Don't know the exact time, but we saw it leave as we were stuck in the traffic jam to get off the base.

Hi Falcon,

Where was 54+08 parked when you saw it? As we left the base at 14:00 it was flying near Stuttgart according to ADS-B. We did not see it take off while we were on base, from about 11:00. It is still airborne now, at 15:20.
