Gents, Thanks for the replies but these facts are known. Nevertheless, this doesn't tell us wich ones were outside or inside over the weekend as things are likely to change during the week... They were all outside. Those 7 visible from the Marssum-side of the field and 3 were visible from the road ...

The 1st and 2nd floor of the parking reveals just a (small) part of the flag. No serial, unfortunally.
