I'm using a Canon 450D with a Canon EF 75-300mm 1:4-5.6 III USM

The sun here is a real pain sometimes so i tried to under-expose but i guess it wasnt enough. Maybe i just screwed it up in photoshop. I'm not sure whats going on with regards to sharpness.
