We asked exactly that question during a visit on November with onze Luchtmacht. Due to lack of spares it is still at Woensdrecht with some of it's parts being used on other chinooks to keep the, in the sky. Once the parts come available it should be active quickly again. Niet in de log, wel gezien en duidelijk op foto: AH-64D Q-10. Deze ging samen met Q-04, Q-23 en Q-30 rond 14:00 take off. Mogelijk gebruikt de Q-10 de transponder van de genoemde Q-16, check de regi dus een keer extra.. Gelukkig is die van de Q-10 nog duidelijk zichtbaar en te lezen.

According to THIS article (in Dutch) cause already known. By accident bullets (?!!) were fired from another plane, they hit F-16AM FA-128 with catastrofic results.
