I am lucky to have the luxery of having a girlfriend that owns a student home a stone-throw away from the air-base, so an overnight stay is included :D But I have some questions, which I hope a couple of FF veterans with p...

Re: (ETAD/SPM) Spangdahlem 13-03-2015; DM A-10, CF-188, F-16

Are the CF-188's deployed to Spangdahlem? As I see a lot of pictures of them at Spangdahlem.
If yes, for how long are they deployed?

Re: US: F-35s to Europe in 2020, Mildenhall closes

Can't find a link to the news article, but last week ACC Chief Gen. Mark Welsh stated at an air force symposium that at Lakenheath both F-15Es and F-35s will fly together. 48 JSFs in two squadrons, so it looks like there will be an additional squadron for the 48th FW, presuming the 493rd will be on...

Re: US: F-35s to Europe in 2020, Mildenhall closes

I was scrolling down the USAFE facebook page and someone asked if the f-35's will join or replace the f-15's at lakenheath This was the answer given by the admin(s): U.S. Air Forces in Europe and Air Forces Africa RC-135s will be moving to an undetermined location in the UK and the F-35s will be com...

Nice visitor!

Can anybody explain to me the reason for Maastricht being a frequent destination for Middle-Eastern military airlifters?

Hete luchtballon gecrasht Almere

I have a boeing promotion poster for the CH-47F(NL) and it shows the Dutch chinook in a gray paint,
maybe boeing will paint the new F models in gray.

But i like the green it wears now much more!

Re: F-15A from MLM in it' new paint

Hey guys,

i remember from a picture that 32TFS f-15 serial 81-046 had a singel tone gray color, maybe the painters based there repaint on that one.
I have a picture(not taken by me) of the 81-046 on my PC, but i have no idea how to put it up here

greets,
Randy Mulder
