Not typical photoflights but a lot of time in the air during multiple missions with Hinds and Hips flying from Miroslawiec and Wedrzyn shooting range. Wether ...

Polish Fulcrums - air to air

Hi Guys, Back in August I went to Lithuania to make my first ramp session with jets. Pair of Polish MiG-29s (NATO Baltic Air Policing mission) joined our Spartan for over an hour. Like I said this was my first time so not everything went as good as it should - but thanks to great pilots I am pretty ...

Flying with Polish Hoplites

Hi Guys, this time more classic topic. I have never presented you our legend - Mi-2 Hoplite. Few weeks ago I had opportunity to catch those nice choppers (from 56 Air Base - former 56 Combat Helicopter Regiment) on their way to Nadarzyce shooting range. Check some examples: 1 http://www.rbsphotos.co...

Baltic Air Policing - Polish Smokers + BONUS

Hi Guys, Back in August I visited Lithuanian Air Base in Siauliai where Polish Orlik IV detachment was based. My main target was a2a session with our Fulcrums (which went more than good) but thanks to magnificent pilots I was able to get some shots from the ground as well. Here are some of them: 1 h...

Re: Hind over seaside - air to air

I have no idea. What I can tell you is that they supposed to be use in area where chemical or nuclear attack has been conducted. They were checking how bad situation is - or something like that.

CBR - the same pair. Probably the last days of those.
Mi-2Ch is also used in chemical reconnaissance.
Thanks for comments.

Re: Hind over seaside - air to air

Mi-24 is not very friendly for photographers - a lot of vibrations inside - so with gyro would be easier but I must handle itonly with IS.
