Do the Police patrols you mention apply to the seating area outside just by Burger King on food level ?

Confirming the Slovakian MIG 29 is down to display
Saturday and Sunday between 1500 - 1600
I'm sure with lots of flares !

But will the terrace be open with securoty concerns ?

Always found the based MIG 29's very active in previous years so that's why I like it and excellent for photography.

I have found out there is no airfield access Fri or Sat.
Sunday tickets are also sold out according to their website

Is there going to be an 'arrivals / rehearsals day' ?
Surely there must be but I can find no information of any

The 2 F35's are parked together on the fighter static line. they will not fly on trade days

Simply buy a ticket when you arrive. Opens at 1000 on trade days

Ticket site opened today for perhaps one of the best air show displays in Europe. Its a MIG 29 base !

Looking pretty good now and weather seems to be ok for the show.........at the moment !

Been there for many years on the trade days and the price is fairly normal to be honest. The first day is always the most relaxing and easiest for photography I feel.

Yes sorry ! I was using the base name. However still struggling to find a SIAF 2018 website.

Been to this excellent air show and planning to this year. However there is no SILAC 2018 website and no ticket purchasing facility and both are usually up and running by now and usually in the December so anyone know if it is going to be on ?
