The government of Gibraltar has partnered with US company Aviation Registry Group,
through local unit Gibraltar Aircraft Registry Limited,
to launch a privately operated VP-G register in the territory.
The register is expected to launch after an audit by the UK Department of Transport, currently scheduled for early 2026.
Other British Overseas Territories with their own internationally popular aircraft registers include....

Gibraltar is not (yet) part of Spain, probably much to the chargrin of many in Madrid and others north of Gib.
