HELP EGUN/EGUL

Post by TaveMyliu »

Good afternoon.

I'll be in the area for several days in December, and I find it strange that you haven't posted anything about Egun/Egul for weeks...

Could someone please give me some information or send me a private message so I can get in touch when I arrive and have some tips for those days?

Regards.

The logs so far give a good idea of what can be expected, FYI.
What sort of tips are you looking for?

Here is our Airfield Guide by the way, free for all:

As I mentioned, I'll be going in December (I don't know the exact dates yet), but I want to spend at least four or five days there to do some plane spotting at these military bases.

I'd like to know (even though I know they're military aircraft) if they fly more frequently during the week, if they usually fly every day, if it's necessary to bring a ladder to the sites, or if anyone could contact me without obligation to arrange a plane spotting trip to the area, more than welcome guys!

Brgds,

Tave.

Be there at sunrise and leave at sunset.... and see what will happen.

Tave, most of that info is in the airfield guide. Mildenhall is active every day, Lakenheath mostly on weekdays.
Again, see the logs to get an idea of what to expect. That is all.

Enjoy,
Erik
