One of the other tankers broke, so the F-35As diverted to Charleston.

That's a lot 13 as far as we know.

Greets,
With a single aircraft, would that make it 19-5500?

Do not know what is going on. I can confirm 949 is AS-32 and 951 is AS-33. So I assume 947 is AS-31.

Checked it with the IAF, that's a LM marking mistakes and it's not the first time (AS-03 was 903 and changed to 904)
The original Adir AS-30/949 (19-5556) arrived Israel on Sep 26, 2021 and the IAF changed it's marking
So it's confirmed AS-31 is 947, AS-32 is 949 and AS-33 is 951 just like your list above

Then the question remains what are AS-29 and AS-30 since their serials have been 'moved up'? As far as we are certain that AS-28 is 945 as was confirmed earlier.

Greets,
They are all confirmed as is. The question now is what is the "new" tail number for AS-29 and AS-30?

I thought that AS-03 was changed from 903 to 907?
