European Heli Center (EHC), which provides helicopter pilot training and operational services in the Netherlands and Norway, has signed an agreement with Reiser Simulation and Training involving EHC’s brand-new heli center, set to open in Q4 2026 at Lelystad Airport, near Amsterdam.
Under the contract, Reiser will deliver an H135/H145 Level D full-flight simulator (FFS) to EHC’s new state-of-the-art training facility, which the companies say will significantly enhance helicopter pilot and crew training in Central Europe. The agreement was signed during the opening day of the inaugural Verticon tradeshow (formerly Heli-Expo) in Dallas, Texas.
EHC’s new facility in The Netherlands, which will serve as the company’s headquarters, will offer comprehensive training solutions for civilian, commercial, military, offshore, and emergency medical services (EMS) sectors. EHC says the facility will provide “mission-specific courses designed to improve operational safety and efficiency.”
