Hi Ruud

I have a Acer Scanwit 2720S somewhere, altough I have no clue where it is actually. It is not connected to my computer at this moment and must be somewhere in my storage room. I got fed up with the effort of making good scans with it. So that is why I went to scancare.nl and asked that company to do the scanning for me. (See page one of this topic http://www.scramble.nl/forum/viewtopic.php?t=36414" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;)

Ok, Some more coloured Eagles at Nyutabaru.

The Hiko Kyodotai is operating eight coloured F-15J/F-5DJ here. Funny aspect is that each one has a different colour scheme, and that scheme also changes from time to time. We were incredibly lucky to saw them all eight flying, multiple times throughout the day. Here some more of these great birds:

Wat een geweldig topic weer!! Voor mij 'pas' een jaartje geleden dat ik ben geweest maar wil zo graag weer terug dat gaat zeker snel weer gebeuren!!!

Vooral met 4 collega's(Key, Dam, Bieldah) in een of ander vaag restaurantje in naha eten en vooral veel drinken was echt de topper van de trip of misschien een van deze jongens:

Ohhhhh. That Green Eagle is just amazing again ! Funny to notice, that you have been there 3 years after me, and they already have different colour schemes again. Fan-tas-tic !

Roel. The only 501 Hikotai Phantoms I have got, are the ones taken at Matsushima with horrible light conditions. The following picture has been scanned with my own Scanwit 2720 some years ago.. Brr. Nice Dark edges.. Yikes...

Main goal when going back would be to take a picture of these guys!!

Marcel,

I'm still jealous about your pics from Japan  I'm saving money now to buy the EF300 f2.8 lens and after that one i'm going to save for a trip to this great country 8) This is the Mekka for the aviation photographer :D
