Just learning the basics of my new Nikon Coolscan 5000 ED slide scanner so the pics may improve a lot in the future. Anyway here a Kodachrome 25 ASA slide scan of a MiG 27 from Mirow during their departure from East Germany back home somewhere in the early 90's...

Early 90's: Welzow, East Germany.... the famous taxiway where Su24 Fencers could be photographed with 50mm :-) Kodachrome 25 ASA scanned in with Nikon Coolscan 5000 ED, still practising...

It takes an 8 hour drive to get to Meiringen but I have never been disappointed in the 20 years that I am coming there to take pics like these...

Thank you Henk, I only have a couple to show as I do not have a scanner of my own yet nor can I do it the way Roel and you do it. I brought some double slides to a good friend (Thanks Peter!) a while ago to see how the scanning works. Here are a few more he scanned for me...

You know, it's these kind of pictures that makes mil aviation interresting again.
A long time i had no interrest for fighters anymore but sinse a year a flame is burning again.
Nowadays i have a lot of other time consuming buisness so it won't be hobby no 1 again, but the first airshow in the netherlands me and my family wil be present. :lol:
Seen lot of nice pictures from Holloman but never known it was you.. :D
