Good news from http://www.fidae.cl
FIDAE returns to normal

After the earthquake that struck the south-central region of Chile, this early February 27th, FIDAE informs that the fair has resumed its normal activities and that the installations are in order and working properly. Also, the organizers said that the web site of the fair is functioning and working well.

Furthermore, the organizers of the fair want to thank all the support and solidarity messages expressed by the exhibitors and the general public.

I suspect that there will also be a Tucano in the attack version. i believe they were ordered by the Chilean AF, or am I wrong?

Also I do not expect too much Chilean AF helo's in the flypast, think they are flying in the earth quake area.

They ordered 12 EMB.314 Super Tucano's, the first four arrived on the 23th of december 2009. They we be used as training and interdiction aircraft, locally known as A-29. Primarily they will be used to train pilots for the digital F-16 cockpits. All 12 will have the same spec's.

The celebration flypast is cancelled.
