TF- country one week in May

Post by canberra »

Small report from another non-spotting trip this time to Iceland. We were hoping to get a good look at the erupting Eyjafjallajokull volcano but it stopped just hours after we landed. There was still plenty to see and do, and I can only recommend Iceland for a visit! Even if they stole you money

We had rented an apartment in the centre of Reykjavik and with just a 20-25min walk to Reykjavik Airports GAT terminal it was easy to make an evening round to check on the days nightstops.

First OY-GRG Bombardier DHC-8-202 Air Greenland, he only thing of interest I saw on arrival to KEF. Shot thought glass inside terminal.

At the Blue Lagoon TF-FIU was seen on arrival to KEF.

Took a few day before I made my first visit to RKV. After that it became part of the evening routine.
