Hi you all.
I was trying some settings; the weather was BAD / COLD & a lot of wind; somethines a ray of sunlight but not my kinda weather.

You will notice that editing the pics is not my strongest side - Later on this month I will take a class in editing digital images. please do give some "advise" / tips but something I can work with, something that helps me get better.

equipment :

Canon 1000D
EFS 55-250mm f/4-5.6 IS
exif : ISO200 / AV-mode & F8.0

The pictures are certainly not bad for these circumstances. They are sharp and correctly exposed in my opinion (is always a matter of taste).

You could do something about reducing the image size and the corresponding file size. At the moment your pictures are between 2,5 en 3,3 Mega Bite straight out of the camera?
For placing them on this forum about 300 to 500 KB is usually sufficient. You can do this by both reducing the image size (adjust images in photoshop) to about 1000 to 1200 pixels wide. Or by increasing the compression rate when saving the picture again. Pleas use a different file name for the processed image, otherwise you wil overwrite and thus throw away the original file.

Saves us al a lot of downloadtime. but other then that keep on posting.

Just went out to get a glimp of sunlight, didn't work Plan B; testing 1000mm with ISO1600 and a lot of X-wind ( and not only for the planes that is ).

maybe I should have taken the pictures with ISO100, because of the circumstances ?

I discovered that I saved / stored the images as PNG-file; changed settings to JPEG ( difference prox. 1,5 mb )
Do you think I need to modify / upload the pictures again but now as JPEG ?
Pics were saved as 1024x683

@ Douwe, yours look nice but as EC already mentioned next time try uploading smalle size pics (for faster loadtimes). At the moment there saved as .png, if your try .jpg next time i think it wou be better. Keep those pixs comming.
