Welcome to this web Ton! Long time ago since we stood at the fence at Soesterberg! Sixties, seventies, eighties for us the best time ever! I really changed my life like many others. Ton can you confirm the date of the WS63638, according to our site http://www.sberg-sixties.nl/SBJul71.htm he visited only once : 09-07-1971. A example of other visitors that day: 2x WS F4C, 2x RS F4E and ...EB66 BV! Hope to see more of course!

You tricked us into believing you saw lots of F-4's in your days by showing the first 3 pics again at the end, but we will not be fooled!

:-) kidding aside, what an impressive set of pics...!! Lovely diversity of schemes and markings and, ofcourse, PHANTOMS! :shock: 8)

Very nice. Seen some of the shown squadrons live but without a camera :( . Those times wil never return only in your thoughts.

Now-a-day Phantom operators still are:
Within Europe: Greece, Turkey.
Outside Europe: South Korea, Japan.

Super nice set of Phantom pictures. the picture of the 3 Woodbridge f4d's its for me the winner because its look like you can feel the heat, what a sound 6 j79. thks Ton van Schaik. grz Johan
