Sanicole Weekend [8/9-10/9] -- updated

Post by Macc »

Spent the weekend at Sanicole & Kleine-Brogel with Dean, arriving in the miserable rain which ended up disappearing on Friday evening and not returning again during the weekend. Quite a relaxed and enjoyable show so plenty of time to relax although the Friday and Saturday were a little bit disjointed and slow in part due to weather and the spottersday was alright although most of the pilots didn't put much recognition into it - except for the Rafale! The Sunday was great though, especially with the Canadian commentator who was one of the highlights of the weekend - alongside SoloTurk and Rich Goodwin.

Did sombody else notice that the Rafale had only one afterburner, guess the right burner didn't work.

And a couple of weeks ago, at Roskilde Airshow in Denmark, also just one afterburner for half the display.
Kind regards

Thanks guys - a few more.

Indeed the Rafale spent most of the time on one burner, as has been said - it also happened at Roskilde and he continued his show.
