Many thanx in advance.

Hey die Michel,

We were at the speedway when the C12 landed. It was the 169319 from MCAS Miramar.

Two Thunderbirds carried their 3 digit serials on the inlet. These were:
F-16C 413 (91-0413)
F-16D 479 (91-0479)
The others carried their shownumbers

Seen here on the above days were the following awesome 230 aircraft! The aircraft are listed clockwise starting on the left end of the platform. Most aircraft were read of by our group on the 14th between 06:45 and 08:30. Some aircraft were (partially) added from the list posted earlier in this topic. Some fiscal years were looked up.

Additions and corrections are most welcome. A few commanders aircraft remain unknown so I would be pleased if anyone can add these!

Row 1:
ex 388TFW/4FS : F-16C : HL/89-2065 (reportedly with the SD ANG)
175FS/SD-ANG : F-16C : --/88-0474
176FS/WI-ANG : F-16C : WI/87-0298
no mks : F-16C : --/86-0317 --/87-0343 --/87-0258 --/87-0346 --/87-0349

Row 2:
175FS/SD-ANG : F-16C : --/89-2105 --/89-2125 --/88-0428 --/88-0463 --/88-0477
--/88-0485 --/88-0507
ex 388FW/4FS : F-16C : --/89-2116
no mks (bk) : F-16C : --/89-2081

88-0486 posted earlier this week not seen by us.

Other side:

Row 29:
157FS/SC-ANG : F-16CM : --/91-0393 --/92-3889 --/92-3903 --/92-3905 --/92-3911spec
--/92-3914 --/93-0537 --/93-0549169FW

92-3909 and 92-3917 were apparently also present but not seen by us. 3902 en de 0370 were also seen but not parked on this row. Probably flew from the revetments.

88-0486 is a Nellis based aircraft, with the 24th TASS (so it was a typo in a previous list!)

There were at least 12 SC ANG F-16s, split between the ramp and the revetments.

Last I heard the Colombian K-Fir's were planning on attending the 18-3 Red Flag but haven't seen anything posted on any participants yet? My information is a few months old now.
If anyone has heard anything can you please post it?

Thanks

If the list of participants had been made public then I’m sure it would have been posted. Personally, I don’t think a list will be published, either officially or through a leaked source.
Once the aircraft arrive then I’m sure we will see a list. Not ideal but better than nothing...

Did not see it mentioned here but on the website from Nellis AFB Red Flag 18-3 has now as dates: 23 July - 3 August (and not 13 July - 3 August as was mentioned earlier this year).

On the the website from the Columbian AF they state that next week (4 July) they will fly to the USA with destination Tucson. They do not mention the base but most likely it is Davis Monthan AFB as they will first conduct an exercise with A-10s and F-16s from the AZ ANG. Then it says they will move on the Nellis AFB on 20 July.

The same message says that on 29 June there is an event in Colombia to start the mission to Red Flag 2018. Also in the message is that participants for the Red Flag 18-3 will be from the USA, Australia, Belgium and the Netherlands. Observers from Greece and Brasil. That is in the message that is from 25 June.

Regards,
Jan-Pieter.

Seem weird for the UK and Australia to come back, as they did 18-1.

My guess is that the six RAAF F/A-18A that did Maple Flag will move to Nellis for Red Flag? That said however, it might just be RAAF transports involved but the Hornet theory does make sense.

One question,,Did the 18-3 Exercise get shortened?
I had initially read that it was going top be from July 13th to August 03,Now the Flying schedule show July 23 to August 03.
I`m flummoxed as I set my first vacation for the 15th,,

Hoping it`s just a typo,,but
