3 sqn. starts to move Hyakuri

7 F-2A/B of 3 sqn. had arrived at Hyakuri A.B. on 15 Jan., 2020.
I expect other A/Cs will arrive in 2 weeks(by the end of January).

* They fly 3-4 F-4EJ kais and 1-2 RF-4E/EJs per day at Hyakuri now.

Is that 3-4 sorties per day, or 3-4 jets total per day?

At this time last year, F-15J's were TDY to Hyakuri. Are there any similar deployments planned this year?

Will the F-2's be flying between now and end of January?

301sqn.(F-4EJ kai) fly 0-3 sorties per day, 3-4 phantoms per each sorty.
You can see 3-6 different phantoms in one day.

501sqn.(RF-4E/EJ) fly 0-2 sorties per day, 1-2 phantoms per each sorty.
You can see 1 or 2 Rec. phantoms in one day.

F-2s are flying today(16th Jan.).

TDY of the F-15s: They sometimes come(visit) to Hyakuri.

I was informed by the Hyakuri Towers that there is no flying on Monday 24th. The Emperor has his birthday on 23-24 so it is a national holiday.
