Probably the same one. There is only one civilian an-22, and the military an-22s are rarely seen outside Russia.

An22 UR-09307 has just taken off from Ostend as ADB5435. Currently seen flying inland on FR24 (at first it was "seen" coasting out over the sea...) and not exactly climbing like the proverbial "homesick angel" :D
