This small outdoor static display was part of the Athens International
Airport Expo. The aircraft were appropriately parked
as per lighting and with large separation from each other but
all had step ladders alongside the cockpits with lots of people
climbing about. The Rafale was also tightly encircled by poles
and chains, so photography was not worthwhile. Indoors were
a few booths from weapons/aircraft manufacturers, the most
notable of which where Lockheed Martin, Eurofi ghter, Dassault,
as well as Hellenic Aerospace etc. Lockheed Martin had also
brought a simulator (without motion) but with 180 degrees vision
where you could "fl y" the jet.
