The organizers may have hoped for a greater turn-out for the annual meeting, which was held at the cradle of the An-2 this year. The showgrounds were particularly small, with more beer-tents than aircraft. A drive around the airfield and factory grounds, which were partly accessible, produced some additional serials, although many more An-2 were present at the back of the main hangars.
