The 457th Fighter Squadron stood down their F-16 operations on September 31, 2023. Only Viper left is 86-0229. All others have been relocated. That makes for one quiet naval air station. F-35's are to arrive (pushed across the rwy) late 2024.

An extra C-12U is 84-00158, which originally arrived from Sinai on 26Jul22. It spent six months being spannered at Greenville SC (1Sep22-23Mar23)
It was flying yesterday.

Yep, I have seen it as well. However with the US Army maintenance facility there was not sure if it was actually part of the unit or just in for maintenance.

For the C-40's the same. Those have been noted with VR-59 but some may have moved on. And unfortunately one cannot tell from the callsign any longer. Even for local flights they use Convoy plus the last 3 digit of the Buno.

I have not seen 164704/MA-14 yet.
And 164709 came into NAS Fort Worth in May 2021 as Cowboy 32. A two ship VMFA-112 flight. But has not been seen since.

She finally arrived today. Stopped over in NY, Sheppard, and made it to Carswell this afternoon.
Dont get to see new RNLAF crates often so when you do and its at your homeport its even more special. LOL.

One in Have Glass marked ‘301FW’ carrying a ‘Makos’ centreline tank turned up at Nellis on Friday (as ‘VIPER31’) and then departed to Hill.

All vipers have left the 301st FW. Your 301 FW is the 86-0216. Thats the last viper that flew with 301 FW titles.
