Status of the not often mentioned Myanmar Civil war
Reports of Myanmar aircraft have been indiscriminatingly attacking villages were opposing domestic forces, 'freedom fighters, armed civilians' are possibly are seeking refuse. On the ground things are bad, and the Junta government with its air force and it total mil. apparatus and supporting militia's are losing ground, now "holding a mere 1/3 of the country". Despite air attacks and wide spread human rights violations.
Not clear which type of aircraft are being used in the aforementioned air attacks. But they have an multi-type fleet, including various fast jets and Mil Mi-35P attack helicopters that could have been (and will) be used.
The situation in this Asian country is dire and has been so for many years, with stuggles and fighting ongoing now just over 3 years. The freedom fighters / liberation forces have managed to shoot down several mil. air assets over this period.

15 May 2024: A New Deadly Air Attack reported
The civil war in Myanmar (formerly known as Birma) in still ongoing. A recent new air attack was carried out by the Myanmar air force, resulting in deads and wounded. Unclear yet, what type(s) of aircraft or weapons were used on this occasion.
situation
The so-called Arakan Army of the rebel forces (a 'liberation army') opposes the regular army of the military government. The latter is trying to (force) draft in young men from those minority groups they are fighting against. As a result many of these young men who have a chance, are now joining the rebel forces.
Meanwhile large numbers of civilian people, many from minority groups, are in make-shift refugee camps in the border region.
Unclear to me how the neighbours are controling their (air) space against possible Myanmarian incursions.
