Last TLP on Florennes?
Hi Piet,
thanks for this information .
I hope this day will not be limited to 40 to 60 persons because I think a lot of aviation photographers and enthusiasts will be disappointed. It will be the LAST chance to see TLP participants from close range as I think this event is sceduled around the last TLP ever to be held on Florennes airbase. Actually when you think about that a very sad moment.
Just let see how things are going to be arranged. I hope we can say good-bye to the TLP at Florennes with a big spotterevent where everebody is happy to have been there.
Grtz,
Edward.

Re: TLP 2009 participants, dates and locations
Hi Piet, not on that short notice but think that we have a change allready! These AMI/9 St/10 Gr F-16A ADF external asset 19-5-2009 29-5-2009 are likely to change, as I'm not aware that they have F-16'sPiet Luijken wrote:But they could change on short notice of course!

I'm not quite sure, but I saw a notice on one of the Italian boards of someone visiting Trapani airbase not so long ago who also mentioned both 10 & 18 Gr being based here. To me it sounded strange by then, but with it being mentioned again makes me wonder...did the Italians resurrect 10 Gr again?Piet Luijken wrote:Hi Paul,
OK, thanks for the update.
I think my source made a typo for 18 Gr?
We will see!

Just check this site:http://cencio4.wordpress.com/2008/08/28 ... -markings/ So we have a 'new' 10Gr, still not 9St but 37StSjoerd wrote:I'm not quite sure, but I saw a notice on one of the Italian boards of someone visiting Trapani airbase not so long ago who also mentioned both 10 & 18 Gr being based here.
