Forum rules
This is the forum to share your recent aviation photos with the rest of the community, being photos not older than six months at the moment of topic opening. Theme-based topics, not about recent events, should go into the sub-forum. Although we will not screen beforehand, we reserve the right to delete any images, especially if clearly unsharp or otherwise low in quality. For more information on how to upload you images, check this post. In topic titles, please use airfield names in stead of just codes, and be clear about what kind of photos your viewers can expect (e.g. CIV/MIL, location etc.). Finally, bring any photo criticism understandable and to the point, not cynical or offensive! Simultaneously, do not feel offended by criticism per se, but simply explain your motives, taste et cetera, or ignore if you wish so. |
sunset season @ Volkel so far
1) First attempt in the season. Great succes!!
2) a week later
3) Same day. 2 chances, how's this for luck
4) Late november. Great sunset, bad timing by RNLAF.
5) ''common baby light my fire''
6) 400mm. Holding before take off
7) Approaching 24R
8 ) Latest pic of december shedding some light in the darkness
9) 2012: 16th of jan. At the checkpoint before checking the dykes in northern Holland
10) it got better
11) and better with a double suncrossing
12) The next four pictures are 'King' shooting some aproaches in best light
13)
14)
15)
17th januari. The best I ever had. A shark feeding frenzy for taking pictures all in between 10-0 minutes before sunset.
16) taking off 9 minutes before sunset
17) 4 minutes before
18) 3 minutes before. Probably the most beautifull picture I ever took
19) exactly AT sunset
20) And finally a lone 'Shark' well after sunset
Bye

congreautulations, your efforts have paid off.........with number 18 as my absolute favorite. By the way, next time put some numbers above your photo´s, makes it a lot easier for us.....
