Hi Oscar,

Thanks for posting.
Are these F-16's the newer AM/BM's?

I also saw a message that Brogel is also expecting a Czech A-319 twice today, correct?

W&R F-104G's at EBBL

Post by Polleke_NL »

I have been to EBBL today and ran into some F-104G's.
FX86 preserved at mess square,
FX41 wreck behind a shed,
FX61 with FX66 tail destined for the future Tiger museum
and one mystery F-104G in a shed, with the serial removed but from the remains I thought it would have been the FX02. Can anyone confirm this last one?

TIA !!

FA16 being preserved for display at EBBL

Post by Polleke_NL »

Visited the maintenance hangar at EBBL today and noticed the FA16, formerly stored at Weelde, being stripped from all it's parts in preparation of being preserved for display. The idea (at this moment) seems to be a location at the mess square, where currently also a preserved F-84F, F-84G and F-104G are located.

FX-02

Post by mirage 69 »

Saw the FX-02 in very bad shape in the shed at the end of the runway.
I think it was there together with the wreck of the FX-4.
