"Just a nice Picture...!"

On 10 December 2020, two Boeing B-52H Stratofortress' from the 2nd Bomb Wing flew towards the Middle East to conduct training operations with Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF).

While they were refueled in the air by multiple KC-10A Extenders an KC-135R Stratotankers, the B-52Hs 60-0002 (2nd BW flagship) and 60-0022 flew with call sign "COMAL11/12" a nearly forty hour non-stop Dynamic Force Employment (DFE) mission from their homebase Barksdale AFB (LA).

Over Saudi Arabian airspace the strategic bombers were escorted by RSAF 92sq F-15SAs 9241 and 9244. The Saudi Advanced Eagles are based at Dhahran (King Abdullah Aziz Air Base, Saudi Arabia). Later the formation was expanded with USAF's 391st Fighter Squadron F-15Es 90-0242/MO and 90-0243/MO.
