General

Aéroport Exécutif Gatineau-Ottawa serves as the general aviation airfield for the Hull-Gatineau area, located in francophone Québec province across the river from Ottawa. The airport is probably best known as the home base of warbird operator Vintage Wings of Canada. The latter organizes open houses every first Saturday of the month during summer.

Layout

The airfield has a single east west runway 09/27 with all aprons located to the south of the runway. The north side of the airfield is unsuitable for viewing.

Getting There

The most convenient way to reach the airport is by highway 50, coming from either Montréal or Ottawa. Take exit 154, named Blvd de l'Aéroport.
